نفسیاتی طور پر متوازن افراد کی دس نشانیاں:

1 وہ دوسروں کی تعریف کرتے ہیں۔
2 وہ اپنی تعریف نہیں کرتے۔ (اپنا تعارف کرانا اور اپنی پیشہ ورانہ صلاحیتوں کے بارے میں ضرورتاً آگاہ کرنا اپنی تعریف میں شامل نہیں۔)
3 ہمیشہ یا اکثر مسکراتے ہیں۔
4 محفل میں موجود دیگر افراد کو اظہارِ خیال کا موقع دیتے ہیں۔
5 دوسروں کی بات خاموشی اور توجہ سے سنتے ہیں۔
6 اُن میں کسی کا تمسخر اڑائے بغیر حس ظرافت ہوتی ہے۔
7 وہ دوسروں کی مقدور بھر مدد کرتے ہیں۔
8 خیر خواہانہ مشورہ دیتے ہیں۔
9 دوسروں کی اچھائیوں کا اعتراف کرتے ہیں۔ انھیں انھی سے منسوب کرتے ہیں۔
10 حوصلہ افزائی کرتے ہیں۔

کیا آپ میں یہ سب خصوصیات ہیں؟؟
اگر ہیں تو آپ نفسیاتی طور پر نارمل انسان ہیں اگر نہیں ہیں تو خود میں یہ سب خصوصیات پیدا کریں اور اگر پیدا کر نے میں مشکل ہو رہی ہے تو دیکھیں مسئلہ کہاں ہے اس کو ختم کریں اس کے بعد
آپ ایک پر سکون زندگی گزاریں گے۔

ڈپریشن ایگزائٹی اور فرسٹریشن کے لیے ون ٹو ون سیشن ۔۔
کیا اپ کو لگتا ہے کہ
اپ کے مسائل بڑے ہیں اور اپ چھوٹے ؟
چھوٹی چھوٹی باتوں پر اپ کو غصہ اتا ہے ۔
لوگوں سے ملتے ہوئے ڈر جاتے ہیں ؟
اپ بے چین رہتے ہیں اور خود کو کمتر سمجھتے ہیں ؟
لوگ اپ کو ہرڈ کرجاتے ہیں ؟
اپ خود سے رابط نہیں کر پاتے ؟
اپ اچھے دوست نہیں بنا سکتے ؟
اپ ماضی کے واقعات اور باتوں میں الجھے رہتے ہیں ؟
اپ کو لگتا ہے کہ اپ کے پاس زندگی کا کوئی مقصد نہیں ؟
اپ کے ذہن میں ہر وقت بری سوچے چلتی رہتی ہیں ؟
اپ ڈپریشن ایکزائٹی اور فرسٹریشن کا شکار رہتے ہیں؟
