Case: UPPER CROSS SYNDROME

Patient came with the complain of Neck pain with numbness radiating to (R) arm, due to hypotrophic Splenius capitus and Upper Traps muscle with Myospasm to neck flexors and tight Pectoralis major & minor muscle.
He was on postural Correction exercises with help of manual technique and additional electrotherapy equipment to maintain the attain position.
