Commendable skilled surgery was performed on 27-year-old lady p3 Al3 with a huge right ovarian Serous Cystadenoma presented in Jinnah OPD with lower abdominal pain, today she was successfully operated on by Assistant Professor Dr. Aasia Fozia, whole Tumor was removed. The patient is fine postoperatively. Director Academics & Hospital Affairs not only Admired the professionalism of Dr Aasia consultant in Gynae & Obs but also hoped that she will continue to perform such highly skilled Gynae procedures in the future also.

Hats off to the department of Gynae for achieving another milestone by operating Patient Shaista married for eleven yrs presented with sub fertility and heavy menstrual bleed. after all investigations, she was diagnosed with fibroid uterus and her myomectomy was planned and done today by Dr. Asyia, Dr. Hina & Dr. Sauda under the supervision of Prof HOD Gynae Dr. Rubina Bashir.

A patient with interesting obstetrics history, G3P7Al2 with previous history of 1 set of alive twins, follwed by Quinteplets (5 babies) that unfortunately ended up in onset of preterm labor at 29 wks. This time presented at 33 wks with triplets pregnancy in preterm labor with history of previous 1 c section scar. 2 healthy famales and a male baby born via emergency c section. The triplet type established at birth was Dichorionic Triamniotic.
