ورلڈ تھیلیسیمیا ڈے کے موقع پر حاجرا حمزہ فاؤنڈیشن (H2F) میں آگاہی تقریب کا انعقاد کیا گیا۔

چیف آپریٹنگ آفیسر (COO) جناب جواد اقبال تنولی نے کمیونٹی کو تھیلیسیمیا کے خاتمے کے لیے متحد ہونے، آگاہی پھیلانے، اسکریننگ کروانے اور خون کے عطیات دینے کی اہمیت پر خصوصی پیغام دیا۔

اس موقع پر منیجنگ ڈائریکٹر H2F جناب سلیم سواتی، ڈی ایم ایس DHQ ایبٹ آباد ڈاکٹر ارم صدیقہ اور H2F کی ٹیم نے بھی شرکت کی اور تھیلیسیمیا کے مریض بچوں کی حمایت اور آنے والی نسلوں کو محفوظ بنانے کے عزم کا اظہار کیا۔

آئیں! مل کر تھیلیسیمیا کی روک تھام کریں اور قیمتی جانوں کو بچائیں۔

World Thalassemia Day observed at Hajira Hamza Foundation (H2F).
COO Mr. Jawad Iqbal Tanoli delivered an important message to the community to unite together in eradicating thalassemia through awareness, screening, and collective efforts of donating blood.

Managing Director H2F Mr. Saleem Swati, DMS DHQ Abbottabad Dr. Irum Siddique, and the dedicated H2F team also participated in this awareness initiative to support thalassemia patients and promote a healthier future for coming generations.

Together, we can prevent thalassemia and save countless lives.

عالمی یومِ تھیلیسیمیا — 8 مئی کے موقع پر آئیے ہم سب اُن بہادر بچوں اور افراد کے ساتھ کھڑے ہوں جو تھیلیسیمیا کے خلاف ہمت اور حوصلے سے زندگی کی جنگ لڑ رہے ہیں۔ ❤️

آگاہی، بروقت تشخیص، احتیاطی اقدامات، اور بہتر علاج کے ذریعے ہم بے شمار قیمتی زندگیاں بچا سکتے ہیں۔

آج ہم تھیلیسیمیا مریضوں کے عزم و حوصلے کو سلام پیش کرتے ہیں، اور اُن والدین، ڈاکٹروں، بلڈ ڈونرز، رضاکاروں اور معاونین کو خراجِ تحسین پیش کرتے ہیں جو امید اور خدمت کا یہ سفر جاری رکھے ہوئے ہیں۔

حاجرہ حمزہ فاؤنڈیشن (H2F) کے زیرِ اہتمام تھیلیسیمیا سے متاثرہ بچوں کے لیے ایک پُروقار اور خوشیوں بھری عید ملن پارٹی کا انعقاد کنٹونمنٹ پبلک پارک ایبٹ آباد میں کیا گیا۔ اس تقریب میں تھیلیسیمیا کے بچوں، اُن کے والدین، سوشل میڈیا ایکٹوسٹس، رضاکاروں، صحافیوں اور کنٹونمنٹ بورڈ ایبٹ آباد کے نمائندگان نے شرکت کی۔

اس موقع پر CEO حاجرہ حمزہ فاؤنڈیشن میجر جنرل (ر) عابد لطیف خان، جنرل (ر) ایاز سلیم رانا، صدر پریس کلب سردار نوید عالم، H2F ایمبیسیڈر رومش سلیم، جمشید جدون معروف سوشل میڈیا انفلوئنسر, مفتی جعفر طیار سمیت مختلف فلاحی تنظیموں دردِ انسانیت، متصل پاکستان اور اُمیدِ پاکستان کی رضاکار ٹیموں نے بچوں کی حوصلہ افزائی کی اور اُن میں تحائف تقسیم کیے۔

تقریب میں بچوں کی خوشیوں کے لیے دلچسپ گیمز، سوال و جواب کے سیشنز اور تفریحی سرگرمیوں کا بھی خصوصی اہتمام کیا گیا۔ تقریب کی میزبانی کے فرائض ڈاکٹر ارم صدیق (D.M.S BBST Abbottabad) نے نہایت خوبصورت اور احسن انداز میں انجام دیے۔

یہ خوبصورت لمحے اس بات کی یاد دہانی ہیں کہ محبت، توجہ اور تعاون سے ہم ان بچوں کی زندگیوں میں خوشیاں بکھیر سکتے ہیں۔

Hajira Hamza Foundation (H2F) organized a joyful and memorable Eid Milan Party for children suffering from thalassemia at Cantonment Public Park Abbottabad. The event was attended by thalassemia patients, their parents, social media activists, volunteers, journalists, and representatives of Cantonment Board Abbottabad.

On this occasion, CEO Hajira Hamza Foundation Maj. Gen. (R.) Abid Latif Khan, Gen. (R.) Ayaz Saleem Rana, President Press Club Sardar Naveed Alam, H2F Ambassador Romish Saleem, amshaid Jadoon Social Media Influencer, M***i Jaffar Tayyar, and volunteer teams from various organizations including Dard-e-Insaniat, Mutasil Pakistan, and Umeed-e-Pakistan encouraged the children and distributed gifts among them.

Special games, question-answer sessions, and fun activities were also arranged for the children to make the occasion more enjoyable and memorable. The event was beautifully hosted by Dr. Erum Siddique (D.M.S BBST Abbottabad), who performed the role of compere in a highly graceful and engaging manner.

These beautiful moments remind us that love, care, and collective support can bring happiness and hope into the lives of these brave children.

میجر جنرل (ر) عابد لطیف خان، چیف ایگزیکٹو آفیسر ہاجرہ حمزہ فاؤنڈیشن (H2F)، نے 4 مئی 2026 کو خیبر پختونخوا ہیلتھ سیکٹر ڈویلپمنٹ پارٹنرز کے ساتھ منعقدہ کوآرڈینیشن میٹنگ میں ایک مؤثر بریفنگ دی۔ اپنے خطاب کے دوران انہوں نے تھیلیسیمیا کے مریضوں کا کیس پیش کیا اور ان کو درپیش مسائل، مشکلات اور فوری طبی ضروریات کو بھرپور انداز میں اجاگر کیا۔ انہوں نے خیبر پختونخوا کے ہیلتھ سسٹم کے ساتھ ساتھ پورے ملک میں ان مریضوں کے حق میں مضبوط آواز بلند کی۔
اس اجلاس میں خیبر پختونخوا کے ہیلتھ سیکٹر کے ساتھ کام کرنے والے بین الاقوامی ڈونرز بھی شریک تھے، جبکہ معزز وزیرِ صحت، سیکرٹری صحت، ڈائریکٹر جنرل ہیلتھ اور چیف HSRU سمیت دیگر اعلیٰ حکام بھی موجود تھے۔ میجر جنرل (ر) عابد لطیف خان نے تھیلیسیمیا کے مؤثر تدارک، بہتر علاج اور روک تھام کے لیے مشترکہ کوششوں، پائیدار حکمت عملیوں اور پالیسی سطح پر اقدامات کی ضرورت پر زور دیا۔

Maj. Gen. (R) Abid Latif Khan, CEO of Hajira Hamza Foundation (H2F), delivered a compelling briefing during the Coordination Meeting with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Sector Development Partners held on 4th May 2026. During his address, he presented the case of thalassemia patients, powerfully highlighting their ongoing challenges and urgent healthcare needs. He raised a strong voice for these patients within the KP health system and emphasized the need for collective action at both provincial and national levels.

The meeting was attended by international donor partners supporting the KP health sector, along with key government leadership including the Honourable Minister for Health, Secretary Health, Director General Health, and Chief of HSRU. Maj. Gen. (R) Abid Latif Khan underscored the importance of integrated efforts, sustainable support systems, and policy-level interventions to improve prevention, management, and treatment of thalassemia across the country.

Blood Donation Camp – A Step Towards Saving Lives ❤️
Blood Camp organized by Hajira Hamza Thalassemia Center in collaboration with Isaar Foundation & Umeed-e-Pakistan at Eid Gah Sheikh ul Bandi, Abbottabad on 18th April 2026 was successfully conducted.
We are honored by the visit of Assistant Commissioner Afrasiyab Zubair Handal, who not only encouraged the team but also donated blood himself. Jawad Iqbal (COO) briefed the participants about the mission and services of the thalassemia center, while Saleem Khan Swati (M.D) was also present on the occasion.
A heartfelt thanks to M. Shoaib Khan, Sajjad Khan, Atif Khan, Muhammad Yahya Khan, Younas Khan, and all the dedicated volunteers and donors who actively participated and made this camp impactful.
Special appreciation to Tayyab Khan for his outstanding efforts in making this camp a success.
Together, we continue our mission to support thalassemia patients and save precious lives through blood donation.
