In the face of difficulty, it's essential to stay focused on your goals, maintain a positive attitude, and continue to put forth your best effort.

Keep in mind that the struggle is often temporary and can lead to valuable lessons and growth. As the saying goes, "It gets tough before it gets easy," and staying committed during the tough times can ultimately lead to smoother sailing in the future.

The same with practicing Anesthesia, initially at entry level it appears a daunting task and then once they get into it, it becomes easier. I find that their biggest fear is getting to intubate, once that is achieved they appear to do better.
