شولڈر ایبڈکشن بریس یا ایروپلین اسپلنٹ

(Indications):

* کندھے کی سرجری کے بعد بحالی (Rehabilitation)
* کندھے کے جوڑ کی ڈس لوکیشن یا انجری
* برکیئل پلیکسس انجری
* روٹَیٹر کف کی مرمت کے بعد

وجوہات (Causes):

* کندھے کے جوڑ کا زیادہ دباؤ یا چوٹ
* نَرو انجریز (بالخصوص برکیئل پلیکسس)
* سرجری کے بعد جوڑ کو مخصوص زاویے پر رکھنے کی ضرورت

اصول (Principle):

* کندھے کو مخصوص زاویہ (ایبڈکشن پوزیشن) میں رکھنا تاکہ نَروز اور مسلز پر دباؤ کم ہو
* جوڑ کو مستحکم (Stable) رکھنا تاکہ شفا کا عمل بہتر ہو سکے
* دورانِ علاج کندھے کو نیوٹرل یا مطلوبہ پوزیشن میں برقرار رکھنا

فنکشن (Function):

* کندھے کی حرکت کو محدود کر کے درد اور دباؤ کم کرنا
* نَروز اور مسلز کو صحیح حالت میں رکھ کر Healing میں مدد دینا
* جوڑ کی صحیح پوزیشن برقرار رکھنا تاکہ دوبارہ انجری نہ ہو

What is Leg Length Discrepancy?
