Never Just Send Your CV 📩
One of the biggest mistakes job seekers make?
Sending an email with only an attached CV — no message, no introduction.
Remember:
👉 Your email is your first impression.
👉 Before they open your CV, they read your words.
If you want to sound professional and stand out, write something simple like this:
Subject: Application for the [Job Title] Position
Dear [Hiring Manager’s Name],
I hope you are doing well.
I am writing to apply for the [Job Title] position recently advertised. Please find my CV attached for your review.
With my background and relevant skills, I believe I can contribute positively to your team. I would welcome the opportunity to further discuss my application.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Kind regards,
[Your Full Name]

[Email Address]
🔎 Quick Reminders:
✔️ Always send your CV as a PDF (never as a photo or screenshot).
✔️ Write a clear subject line.
✔️ Check spelling and grammar before sending.
✔️ Keep your email short, polite, and professional.
✔️ Use a clean file name like:
Dr_Muhammad_Zakwan_CV.pdf (not finalcv123.jpg 😅)
💡 Reality check:
HR managers review dozens (sometimes hundreds) of applications.
A well-written email can be the small detail that gets you shortlisted.
