Right FEM-POP ( femoral to popliteal artery) Reverse Saphenous Vein Bypass Grafting in 60 year old male for right big toe gangrene and non healing gangrenous ulcer of foot and ischemic pain . Diagnosed as CLTI ( critical limb threatening ischemia) and CLD . Patient discharged on 2nd POD ( status mobile , pain free and distal pulses palpable)

27 years female patient presented with right upper limb ischemia and subclavian-axillary artery aneurysmal degeneration as a source of thrombo-embolism. Primary cause being right sided fully ossified cervical rib . Diagnosed as A-TOS(arterial thoracic outlet syndrome). Patient operated via supraclavicular approach and successfully released A-Tos. Patient is symptom free at 9 months follow up.
