The Prophet ﷺ said:
“Eat suhoor, for in suhoor there is blessing.” (Bukhari, 1923;)
 
The Prophet ﷺ said:
 “When one of you breaks his fast, let him break it with dates for they are blessed. If they are not found, let him break it with water for it is pure.” Sunan al-Tirmidhī 695

Ramzan is all about healthy & mindful Eating🍴!
Add more water from the fruits and vegetables!!
 
If you are interested to loose weight there's no need for strenuous exercises, just limit refined foods, oily products add more whole grain carbs, more proteins and you are done!!
Practice Mindfulness, Meditation and yoga, it is better when, low in energy!!​

16th October is celebrated as World Food Day, in honor of the foundation of FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization), of the UN in 1945.
This day is celebrated to cope with the Hunger Issues in the developing World. To insure food safety as well as food security in all parts of the world.
Poverty is the main cause of Hunger, and despite the global Hunger ratios falling, 1 in every 9, still faces Hunger. Being the greater proportion from Africa and then Asia..
Asian Countries including Pakistan, India and Bangladesh are amongst the areas in which Hunger still prevails. The reasons for this are the food insecurity, lesser availability, poor handling practices but the major still remains the Poverty..
Let's do something to finish this Hunger, from the world, to prevent people dieing of Hunger.
Let's just not waste our food, this is the least we can do.

There's no Best food for weight loss, nor there's any method by which u can shed many of your kg's in days..
May be in some cases u can by the use of some steroids, intense Cardio 🏋️ etc, but that won't be helpful for the long run.
Remember, Weight loss is a Journey, A Goal. Accomplished by consistency and minor changes in your physical and mental behavior. 🧘
Sustainable weight loss is not simply just about a Calorie deficit. It's bigger than that.
It's about creating new habits, behavioural changes, learning about portion sizes, and how many calories are in the food you eat..
Without all these above in place, u are destined to fail, on the long way.
It doesn't have to be hard, nor will it ever be, If just by implementing one better habit at a time and getting that nailed before moving on further, and Believe me, this is the great idea to start..🥳
