Ramadan Mubarak!!
The Prophet ﷺ said:
“Eat suhoor, for in suhoor there is blessing.” (Bukhari, 1923;)
The Prophet ﷺ said:
“When one of you breaks his fast, let him break it with dates for they are blessed. If they are not found, let him break it with water for it is pure.” Sunan al-Tirmidhī 695
Ramzan is all about healthy & mindful Eating🍴!
Add more water from the fruits and vegetables!!
If you are interested to loose weight there's no need for strenuous exercises, just limit refined foods, oily products add more whole grain carbs, more proteins and you are done!!
Practice Mindfulness, Meditation and yoga, it is better when, low in energy!!
