We are writing with reference to amendments in Income Tax Ordinance, 2001- viaFinance Act 2021. Aforesaid amendments have made it obligatory for the pharmaceutical Distributors to collect advance tax at 1% from their customers and thereafter deposit the same in government treasury Accordingly. we shall add the amount of advance tax at a given rate in our invoice to fulfill the requirements of law.
Further it is requested to please provide us respective NTN or CNICs, so we can submit the aforesaid collected tax in your name, which is claimable later on.
