موضوع: باجوڑ میں منشیات کے استعمال اور عادی افراد کے لیے بحالی مرکز کا قیام
محترم جناب،
مجھے امید ہے کہ یہ درخواست آپ کو اچھی صحت اور اعلی روح میں پائے گی۔ میں ضلع باجوڑ میں منشیات کے استعمال میں خطرناک حد تک اضافے کی طرف آپ کی توجہ مبذول کروانا چاہتا ہوں، جو ہمارے نوجوانوں کی فلاح و بہبود اور ہمارے معاشرے کے استحکام کو تیزی سے متاثر کر رہا ہے۔
منشیات کی لت ایک سنگین سماجی اور صحت عامہ کے مسئلے کے طور پر ابھری ہے، جو جرائم، بے روزگاری اور خاندانوں کے ٹوٹنے کا سبب بن رہی ہے۔ باجوڑ، جو پہلے ہی عدم تحفظ سے متعلق چیلنجز کا سامنا کر رہا ہے، اپنے نوجوانوں میں ڈپریشن اور بے چینی میں اضافہ دیکھ رہا ہے۔ نتیجے کے طور پر، بہت سے نوجوان افراد منشیات کے استعمال کی طرف مائل ہو رہے ہیں۔ بدقسمتی سے، فی الحال ضلع میں کوئی مفت بحالی مرکز یا مناسب سہولت نہیں ہے تاکہ متاثرہ افراد کو مناسب علاج، مشاورت اور بحالی کی خدمات فراہم کی جاسکیں۔
مندرجہ بالا کے پیش نظر، مندرجہ ذیل اقدامات احترام کے ساتھ سفارش کی جاتی ہیں:
1. منشیات کی اسمگلنگ اور غیر قانونی تقسیم میں ملوث افراد کے خلاف سخت کارروائی کی جائے۔
2. ڈسٹرکٹ ڈرگ انسپکٹر ضروری ہدایات کو جاری کی جائیں تاکہ اس بات کو یقینی بنایا جا سکے کہ میڈیکل سٹوروں سے ڈاکٹر کے نسخے کے بغیر کوئی نشہ آور ادویات فروخت نہ کی جائیں۔
3. ضلعی انتظامیہ باجوڑ میں ایک بہترین بحالی مرکز کے قیام کے لیے فوری اقدامات کر سکتی ہے۔ اس طرح کی سہولت نہ صرف افراد کو نشے پر قابو پانے میں مدد دے گی بلکہ آگاہی مہموں، مشاورتی خدمات، اور کمیونٹی سپورٹ پروگراموں کے ذریعے روک تھام میں بھی اہم کردار ادا کرے گی۔
ہمیں یقین ہے کہ آپ کی قابل قیادت میں یہ اقدام ہماری کمیونٹی میں بامعنی اور مثبت تبدیلی لائے گا اور ہمارے نوجوانوں کے لیے ایک صحت مند مستقبل کو محفوظ بنانے میں مدد کرے گا۔

Subject: Establishment of a Rehabilitation Center for Drug Abusers and Addicts in Bajaur
Respected Sir,
I hope this application finds you in good health and high spirits. I wish to draw your kind attention to the alarming rise in drug abuse in District Bajaur, which is increasingly affecting the well-being of our youth and the stability of our society.
Drug addiction has emerged as a serious social and public health issue, contributing to crime, unemployment, and the breakdown of families. Bajaur, already facing challenges related to insecurity, is witnessing a rise in depression and anxiety among its youth. As a result, many young individuals are turning to substance abuse. Unfortunately, there is currently no free rehabilitation center or adequate facility in the district to provide proper treatment, counseling, and rehabilitation services to those affected.
In view of the above, the following measures are respectfully recommended:
1. Strict action should be taken against individuals involved in drug trafficking and illegal distribution.
2. Necessary directives may kindly be issued to the District Drug Inspector to ensure that no narcotics are dispensed by medical stores without a valid doctor’s prescription.
3. The District Administration may take immediate steps to establish a well-equipped rehabilitation center in Bajaur. Such a facility will not only assist individuals in overcoming addiction but will also contribute significantly to prevention through awareness campaigns, counseling services, and community support programs.
We are confident that, under your capable leadership, this initiative will bring about meaningful and positive change in our community and help secure a healthier future for our youth.
