Restoration of grossly carious teeth upper 7 and upper 8.patient is agree on extraction but my protocol and with patient cooperation alhamdullillah both teeth were restored.
Treatment strategy was RCT Obturationpost and core bulidup filling
Next appointment is for crown.

Aoa.
Patient with history of acute pain from 7 days in lower right second molar. During her history she revels that she visited to nearby quack but the pain is persistent.
Clinical examination and radiographic evaluation revels that the quack done simple pulpotomy using formacresol .quack aslo find distal canal but mesiobuccal and mesiolingual was left.
Diagnosis irrevesible pulpitis
My protocol was to remove the formacresol ,,,find mesiolingual and mesiobuccal ,,,shaping and finishing was done ,calcium is packed.
Working length of distal canal was 19.
Mesiobuccal was 19
Mesiolingual was 20.
Next appointment is for obturation and filling

Patient was not satisfied from his previous fillings in 2nd premolar and 1st molar done by quack.both filling were overhang so treatment plan was to remove both filling and refilling was done with composite.now patient is satisfied.
