Farewell Note

Today, on 12th September 2025, we bid farewell to Mr. Jawad Alam, serving as Nursing Lecturer at Farooq Memorial Institute of Nursing and Allied Health Sciences of Umbrella Health & Education System. He is leaving us to join KMU IHS kurum.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude for his dedication, commitment, and valuable contributions to the institution. While his presence will be greatly missed, we are proud of his pursuit of academic excellence and wish him great success in this new journey.

Today, 14th August 2025, the 78th Independence Day was proudly celebrated across all campuses of Umbrella Health and Education System. At Farooq Memorial Institute of Nursing and Allied Health Sciences, the Vice Principal and Account Officer of FMINAHS hoisted the national flag, led the singing of the national anthem, and offered Dua-e-Khair along with the entire staff.

Kashmir Exploitation Day Announcement

Kashmir Exploitation Day will be observed tomorrow, August 5, 2025, by Umbrella Health and Education System, Noor Nursing College, Farooq Memorial Institute of Nursing & Allied Health Sciences, and Farooq Memorial College for Boys.

Students, faculty, and administration from all institutions will actively participate in a solidarity march. The participants will assemble at their respective colleges and commence the march at 12:30 PM, under the coordination and presence of the Assistant Commissioner, Gagra.

World Hepatitis Day – 28th July

Farooq Memorial Institute of Nursing & Allied Health Sciences, in collaboration with Farooq Memorial Trust under the umbrella of Umbrella Health & Education System (UHES), successfully organized a Hepatitis B & C Screening Camp at Civil Hospital Nawagai, Buner on the occasion of World Hepatitis Day, 28th July.
The primary objective of the camp was to raise awareness among the general public about the growing threat of Hepatitis and the importance of early detection and prevention.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the entire organizing team for their dedication and efforts in making this event a success.
A special note of thanks to District Health Officer Buner and Dr. Asghar Ali, Incharge Civil Hospital Nawagai, for their invaluable support and cooperation.

Blood Grouping Camp Report – July 02, 2025

A successful Blood Grouping Camp was organized on, July 02, 2025, by the dedicated faculty and students of Farooq Memorial Institute of Nursing and Allied Health Sciences, Swari Buner. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation, particularly from students, who took the initiative to determine the blood groups of faculty members, students, administrative staff, and janitorial personnel.

The primary objective of this camp was to establish a comprehensive blood group record for the entire college community. This record will serve as a vital resource for arranging prompt blood donations to patients in need during emergencies.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Fazal Naveed, Clinical Instructor, for his outstanding supervision and commitment, and to the entire organizing team for their commendable efforts in making the event a success.
