Step 1
If the open end of the vacuum cylinder is too large, you will need to insert a sizing adapter in to the open end of the vacuum cylinder according to your pen*s thickness. There are two different sizes of adapters; the large size diameter is 44mm and small size diameter 38mm. you will be have to experiment to determine which size allows for best result. Step 2
Once you have the cylinder with the proper size adapter (if needed) you will need to place to constriction band over the open end of the vacuum cylinder. There are 3 different sizes constriction band. You will have to try all the bands to determine which size of band hold your erection. To place the constriction band on to the cylinder, hold the vacuum cylinder between the knees with band loading cone. Attach the band loading cone with the open end of the cylinder for temporary to move band on the open end of the cylinder. Step 3
Use the water-based lubricant provided in the kit to generously lubricate inside of the vacuum cylinder as well as the outside of the vacuum cylinder in the area of constriction band
Generously lubricate the entire pen*s as well as the base of pen*s. Make sure there is enough lubrication at the base of the pen*s to made air tight seal. Men that have more hair will have to use more lubrication to make an air tight seal. Step 4
Attach the vacuum cylinder to the vacuum pump

Place the pen*s inside the vacuum cylinder. While holding the vacuum cylinder against the body, push the ON button of the vacuum pump to create vacuum in the vacuum cylinder. If step 1 to 5 has been properly done, an air tight seal should be created and pen*s will begin to enlarge, continue to pump ON until pen*s has reached a rigid state. Allow the pen*s to remain in the vacuum cylinder 1 to 4 minutes to achieve maximum rigidity. Use as much vacuum as you can tolerate without causing pain or discomfort. You may need to practice this step to ensure that you are doing it correctly. Step 6
After achieve an desired erection hold the pump and vacuum cylinder in one hand and with the other hand , push or roll the constriction band off of the vacuum cylinder on to the base of the pen*s, then off the pump and release the vacuum and remove the vacuum cylinder from the pen*s. (If the band does not maintain the erection two bands can be used together). Step 7
To remove band from the pen*s after intercourse, Grip tabs on the end of the band, while pulling outward, slide the band down and off the pen*s. Caution:
The constriction band should not be used than 30 minutes. If you want the erection to last longer, you may remove the bands for few minutes and then repeat the process. Don’t fall a sleep with the band. Pump should clean after use with clean wet cloth and stored dry place, parts may be cleaned with a mild antibacterial detergent like Ivory liquid. Dry the cylinder and parts in room temperature and don’t use sunlight. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive material in order to preserve the clarity of your cylinder. Cleaning the cylinder or pump is not recommended in an automatic dishwasher. ITRODUCTION:

Below the ON- OFF switch is a knob to control the vacuum. Turning it clock wise towards “ L” decrease the vacuum. Turning it counter clock wise “H” increase the vacuum. Emergency Stop:
In the center of the vacuum controller knob is a “PUSH” button which immediately release any vacuum created by the battery pump. Storage Conditions:
