This hadith teaches about the Day of Resurrection and the power of Allah.
Every part of the human body will eventually decay after death,
except the coccyx (tailbone) — a small, indestructible bone.

From this tiny piece, Allah will:

bring every human back to life

reconstruct their bodies

gather them for judgment

The Prophet ﷺ is showing that resurrection is not difficult for Allah at all.
The same Lord who created us once will create us again, perfectly and completely.

Gratitude increases blessings

“If you are grateful, I will surely increase you [in favor]; but if you deny, indeed, My punishment is severe.”
— Surah Ibrahim (14:7)

Practicing gratitude is more than just a feel-good habit, it has profound effects on your brain. Every time you consciously express thankfulness, your brain physically rewires itself, strengthening neural pathways that support positive thinking and emotional resilience.

This rewiring happens because gratitude activates regions of the brain associated with reward, motivation, and social bonding. Over time, these repeated activations reinforce circuits that make it easier for you to notice and appreciate positive experiences, creating a natural cycle of optimism and emotional strength.

In addition to improving your mood, regularly practicing gratitude can reduce stress, enhance empathy, and even boost immune function. Small acts, such as keeping a gratitude journal, verbally thanking someone, or reflecting on the positive aspects of your day, can accumulate to produce lasting changes in your brain chemistry.

By consciously focusing on what you appreciate, you shift your attention away from negativity and train your brain to seek out the good in your surroundings. This neurological adaptation makes it easier to respond to challenges with resilience, approach life with a more hopeful perspective, and build stronger relationships.

The beauty of gratitude is that it’s simple, accessible, and backed by science. You don’t need expensive tools or complicated routines—just a few moments of reflection each day can physically shape your brain to support positivity and well-being.

Incorporating gratitude into your daily life is a small practice with profound impact, transforming not just your mindset but also the way your brain functions at a fundamental level.

"Sciatica Cure"

The Prophet ﷺ said:

"The treatment of sciatica is the fat tail of a Bedouin sheep, which should be melted and divided into three parts, then each part should be drunk on three different days on an empty stomach."

Scientists discovered that fasting increases spermidine, which triggers autophagy the process where cells clean out damaged components and recycle them for efficiency. In experiments with yeast, worms, mice, and human cells, higher spermidine levels made cells healthier, more resilient, and longer-living. When spermidine was blocked, most of fasting’s anti-aging benefits disappeared, showing its central role. This cellular recycling prevents toxic buildup that can lead to diabetes, heart disease, and Alzheimer’s. Researchers suggest combining fasting with spermidine supplements may become a powerful strategy for slowing aging and improving long-term health.

🚶‍♂️ Back pain? Research shows a daily walk is an effective, natural cure.

New research shows walking over 100 minutes a day slashes chronic lower back pain.

A major study from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology has revealed a simple yet powerful way to prevent chronic lower back pain: walking. Analyzing data from over 11,000 participants in the Trøndelag Health Study, researchers found that those who walked more than 100 minutes daily had a 23% lower risk of developing persistent lower back issues compared to those walking 78 minutes or less. Crucially, it’s not how fast you walk that matters, but how long. Even slow, casual strolls deliver significant health benefits.

This is the first study to measure walking behavior so precisely, using sensors on participants’ thighs and backs to track both intensity and duration over several days. The findings underscore the potential for low-intensity physical activity to make a big impact on musculoskeletal health. With back pain being one of the most common and costly ailments globally, this research could shift public health guidance toward a straightforward recommendation: walk more. A daily habit of walking could ease the burden on healthcare systems and improve quality of life for millions.

🚨 Just one workout can reduce cancer cell growth by up to 30%, new study shows

Here’s what you need to know.

Yes, a single workout may be enough to spark powerful anti-cancer effects, according to new research from Edith Cowan University.

The study found that a single session of resistance training or high-intensity interval training (HIIT) can increase levels of myokines—muscle-released proteins known to inhibit cancer growth—by up to 30%.

Conducted on breast cancer survivors, the study revealed that despite the challenges posed by treatment, participants showed a measurable and immediate increase in these cancer-fighting proteins after just one session of exercise.

Lead researcher Francesco Bettariga emphasized that exercise is more than a fitness strategy—it’s a form of medicine. He also found that consistent exercise that improves body composition, particularly by reducing fat and building lean muscle, may lower inflammation linked to cancer progression and recurrence. Bettariga cautioned against relying solely on diet for weight loss, stressing that preserving muscle is key to producing myokines and fighting inflammation.

The findings add to a growing body of evidence that physical activity should be a standard part of cancer treatment and recovery plans.

A single bout of resistance or high-intensity interval training increases anti-cancer myokines and suppresses cancer cell growth in vitro in survivors of breast cancer.
