On the directions of the Honorable Secretary for Health, Shahidullah Khan, a surprise visit to Timergara Teaching Hospital was conducted on 17 February, accompanied by the Medical Superintendent, Dr.Bakht Zada. All units were inspected, including staff attendance, cleanliness, dress code, medicine availability, service delivery, and equipment functionality.

Attendance and cleanliness were satisfactory, and new units with functional equipment were appreciated. However, gaps were noted in dress code compliance, doctor supervision in the Dental Unit, ER uniform adherence, and SOPs for revenue collection of new dental procedures. The MS was directed to ensure strict compliance and submit a report.

ریجنل ڈائریکٹر ہیلتھ مالاکنڈ ریجن، جناب ڈاکٹر داؤد خان نے سیدو ٹیچنگ ہسپتال سوات کا دورہ کیا، جہاں انہوں نے پارکنگ کے انتظامات کا جائزہ لیا۔ ایم ایس ڈاکٹر جمیل احمد نے تفصیلی بریفنگ دی۔ ابتدائی معائنے میں کنٹریکٹر معاہدے کی خلاف ورزی میں ملوث پایا گیا، جس پر ایم ایس نے موقع پر ہی کنٹریکٹ منسوخ کرنے اور CDR ضبط کرنے کے احکامات جاری کیے۔ ریجنل ڈائریکٹر نے اس اقدام کو سراہتے ہوئے پارکنگ کیلئے نیا ٹینڈر جاری کرنے کی ہدایت کی۔

ریجنل ڈائریکٹر نے آئی سی یو، میڈیکل اور سرجیکل سمیت مختلف وارڈز کا معائنہ کیا، مریضوں سے ملاقات کی اور صفائی و انتظامی امور کا جائزہ لیا۔ انہوں نے ایم ایس ڈاکٹر جمیل احمد کی کارکردگی کو سراہا

Regional Director Health Malakand Region, Dr. Daud Khan, paid a detailed visit to Saidu Teaching Hospital, Swat. The visit focused primarily on reviewing parking management. MS Dr. Jameel Ahmad briefed him on the situation. During the initial assessment, the parking contractor was found violating the agreement, upon which the MS immediately ordered cancellation of the contract and confiscation of the CDR. The Regional Director appreciated this action and instructed that the parking contract be re-tendered.

The Regional Director also inspected various hospital wards, including ICU, Medical, Surgical, and others. He interacted with patients and reviewed cleanliness, staff performance, and administrative affairs. He commended MS Dr. Jameel Ahmad for his effective management and overall efforts.

Emergency department issues were reviewed, and clear directives were given to ensure efficient and improved service delivery to the public.

They reviewed hospital departments and highlighted the need for quality care, cleanliness, proper documentation, and staff training. The administration has been directed to ensure compliance, with a follow-up review planned.

20 نومبر کو ڈاکٹر داؤد خان نے، ڈاکٹر ارشد حسین (ڈی ایم ایس) اور ڈاکٹر بلال خان کے ہمراہ، کیٹیگری بی ہسپتال درگئی کا دورہ کیا۔ انہوں نے مختلف شعبوں کا جائزہ لیا اور عملے و مریضوں سے ملاقات کی۔
