اگر بزمِ ہستی میں عورت نہ ہوتی
خیالوں کی رنگین جنت نہ ہوتی

ستاروں کے دلکش فسانے نہ ہوتے
بہاروں کی نازک حقیقت نہ ہوتی

جبینوں پہ نورِ مسرت نہ کھلتا
نگاہوں میں شانِ مروّت نہ ہوتی

گھٹاؤں کی آمد کو ساون ترستے
فضاؤں میں بہکی بغاوت نہ ہوتی

فقیروں کو عرفانِ ہستی نہ ہوتا
عطا زاہدوں کو عبادت نہ ہوتی

مسافر سدا منزلوں پر بھٹکتے
سفینوں کو ساحل کی قربت نہ ہوتی

ہر اِک پھول کا رنگ پھیکا سا رہتا
نسمِ بہاراں میں نکہت نہ ہوتی

خدائی کا انصاف خاموش رہتا

Citrus fruits include oranges, lemons, limes and grapefruits, in addition to tangerines and pummelos. Citrus fruit flavonoids have been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells and prevent the spread of tumors.
Citrus fruits are high in vitamin C, and are good sources of folate and potassium.
Citrus flavonoids may improve blood flow through coronary arteries, reduce the ability of arteries to form blood clots and prevent the oxidation of LDL ("bad") cholesterol, which is an initial step in the formation of artery plaques.
Citrus fruits have long been valued as part of a nutritious and tasty diet.
All citrus fruits are a great source of vitamin C. Regular intake of vitamin C helps to keep your immune system strong, and fight off disease, infections and colds much easier than somebody who does not have enough Vitamin C in their diet.

This World Diabetes Day, WHO will highlight the need for equitable access to essential care, including raising awareness of ways people with diabetes can minimize their risk of complications. Activities will also celebrate the experiences of people with all forms of diabetes to help those impacted to take action, including seeking and obtaining essential care.
