Our beloved James David Van Der Beek passed peacefully this morning. He met his final days with courage, faith, and grace. There is much to share regarding his wishes, love for humanity and the sacredness of time. Those days will come. For now we ask for peaceful privacy as we grieve our loving husband, father, son, brother, and friend.

Another Metallic Duodenal Stent for Gastric Outlet Obstruction.

A 55 year old male diagnosed case of Metastatic CA Gall Bladder with obstructive jaundice, underwent ERCP but scope could not reach up to Ampulla, referred to interventional Radiologist for PTBS, IR put metallic CBD stent. Now patient came back to us with Gastric outlet obstruction due to mass at D2. We placed a 100mm uncovered metallic duodenal stent under flouroscopy.
