Oral health is is the health of our mouth, teeth, and gums 🦷

A recent WHO report found that almost half of the world's population is affected by oral disease, with vulnerable groups suffering more often from diseases and conditions such as:

• Tooth decay
• Cavities
• Gum disease
• Tooth loss
• Dental trauma
• Oral cancer

Maintain your oral hygiene by:

• Brushing your teeth twice a day after breakfast & before going to bed with a fluoride toothpaste 🪥
• Trading in sugary drinks for water
