As its normal that people overeat or cheat on such occasions like eid ul adha.
The overeating of meat during Eid ul Azha can increase the risk of developing cardiovascular, kidney, liver, diabetes and gastroenteritis diseases.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE GONE OVERBOARD ON EID?
1️⃣ Promise yourself to eat meat in a healthy manner: like prefer steamed meat with veggies as compared to pulao or fried meat with alot of sauce.

2️⃣. Increase water consumption , 2 glasses must before meal, so it’ll reduce cravings.

3️⃣. Start eating your meals slowly. As it’ll make you feel fulfil and is good for your digestion.

4️⃣. Adopt the habit of portion control strictly. Take smaller and appropriate portions of everything like meat, sauce , chapati etc.

5️⃣. Don't turn a cheat day into a cheat week or month.
You’ll get more harm by eating whole month in the same way you have eaten on EID.

6️⃣. Stay consistent with exercise. Start a 30 minutes walk daily. Also add a 15-25 minutes workout in your routine.

7️⃣. Must Add veggies with your meal. It would help you fulfil your hunger.
You don’t need to skip everything after overeating, but you need to just balance it from now 💪
