Forward Head Posture (FHP) tab hota hai jab aap ka head normal alignment se aagay nikal jata hai — jis se neck, shoulders aur upper back pe extra stress padta hai.
💥 Common Causes:
1️⃣ Mobile & Screen Overuse (Text Neck)
Har waqt phone scroll karna 📱
Laptop pe jhuk kar kaam karna 💻
2️⃣ Poor Sitting Posture
Office chair pe slouching
Study time pe desk height improper
3️⃣ Weak Deep Neck Flexors
Agar neck ke andar ke muscles weak hon, to head naturally forward chala jata hai.
4️⃣ Tight Chest Muscles (Pectorals)
Rounded shoulders + tight chest = head forward
5️⃣ Upper Crossed Syndrome
Upper trapezius & levator scapula tight
Deep neck flexors & lower traps weak
6️⃣ Long Driving Hours 🚗
Head slightly forward rakh kar steering pe jhukna
7️⃣ Improper Pillow Height 🛏️
Zyada uncha ya zyada patla pillow
