We as a society have to save water for our future generations. Water is a blessing of Allah Upon us and we shouldn't waste it.

Water Is the Basic Component for life to Exist.
On World Water Day Internees of Human Nutrition and Dietetics organized an activity with the name of Water Drive.
They Distributed free water bottles to general Public, Labours and Hospital Staff on World Water Day.
They took promise from each of them that they won't waste water in any condition and will Consume water in recommended amount to keep themselves hydrated.

Internees Guided them regarding what should be their water daily Intake and told them the importance of water..

Small Step towards making the Planet Earth Great again..

School Meals are one of the most integral part of School and Child Nutrition. School kids are the base of our future generation which is going to lead our nation. Deficiencies and health problems due to lack of Nutritional intake becomes chronic and stays with the child through out the life disturbing his/her study life as well as future life. A student can't perform unless or untill his/her nutritional requirements are met.

Keeping this in Mind, Internees of Human Nutrition and Dietetics took part in School Meal Planning activity on 11th March, 2021 on the Occassion of International School Meals Day under the supervision of Dn. Rabia Noreen (Clinical Dietitian/Nutritionist, Rubina Memorial Hospital Faisalabad)

Internees prepared different kind of meal combination that could help a student full fill his/her nutritional requirements keeping their taste buds alive.

Nutrobyte is working to enhance the skill set level of the students ot Nutrition and to raise awareness among the general public regarding nutrition and its importance.

To achieve this goal of Nutrobyte, a special Training session/Workshop was organized on "How To Develop Your Own Diet Plan" on 6th and 7th March, 2021 under the supervision of our Instructor *Dn Rabia Noreen*(Clinical Dietitian Rubina Memorial Hospital, FSD).

In this workshop students learned the basics and art of developing their own diet plan because a person can't guide another person unless he/she understand it himself/herself.

National Nutrition Month is the symbol of a promise that we as a nation and as humans will eradicate Food Insecurity and all Nutritional Deficiencies from our society to Construct a Healthy Society.

We All Have the dream that a day will come when no human on this planet will go to bed without having a meal.

There is a need to raise awareness in our society regarding nutrition and its importance so that we could save our future generation of massive destruction that nutritional deficiencies and problems associated with them could bring in the near future. We have to work as a nation on improving the Nutritional Status of our society so that we could save millions of precious lives.

Internship Students of Nutrobyte organized a small activity to raise awareness regarding nutrition and its importance in our society. Even the tiniest step in this cause will matter a lot.

*Internship Program*

GYM visit of Internees of Nutrition & Dietetics for exposure to the field of Sports Nutrition under the Supervision of Internship Incharge and Instructor Dn Rabia Noreen.

Students Visited Bfit Gym, Boulevard Mall where Diet Instructor of Bfit Gym Dn Marriam Iftakhar welcomed Internees and guided them about Diet stucture for workout. Internees learned about the Science of Sports and Athletic Nutrition, it's science and fundamentals.
Students learnt about different equipments, diets and supplements being used in modern sports and fitness trainings. Sports Nutrition is a vast field with a lot of opportunities for the professionals of Nutrition and Dietetics as for an athlete a diet plays as important role as his/her training and skills to enhance his/her performance in the field.
