During Ramadan, some people may not undertake physical activity, and consequently, may gain weight during the month. By following simple guidelines, you may be able to lose/maintain weight and decrease your blood pressure and cholesterol.

🌔𝐁𝐀𝐒𝐈𝐂 𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐋𝐓𝐇 𝐓𝐈𝐏𝐒 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐑𝐀𝐌𝐀𝐃𝐀𝐍 :

• Eating three dates to break your fast is a healthy way to begin iftar.
• Avoid foods containing large amounts of salt, e.g. sausages, processed products,pickles, snack foods.
• Drink atleast 10 glass of water to stay hydrated.
• Try to stay physically active.
• Gap of atleast 30 to 45 minutes after meal to sleep.
• Set a proper sleeping routine.

More than 80% of people nowadays have a really messed up sleeping schedule which has a really negative influence on their health 😴
