Displaced fracture shaft of femure and fracture distal tibia/fibula fixed with close reduction and static antigrade interlocking nail and close reduction reduction under image intensifier done for distal tibia fracture n fixed with percutaneous cross k wires . Beauty of close reduction is that minimum wound is required n risk of infection is less when compared with open reduction n fast recovery is anticipated.

Basicervical fracture neck of femur pauwal type 3 which is highly unstable fracture need fixation with dynamic hip screw (DHS) because pauwal type 3 is difficult to maintain with 6.5 mm screw pattern.so I fixed it at albarkat hospital shadab More Jhang road Faisalabad with dynamic hip screw DHS n denotation screw was added to increase further stability.
