1.Please take care during hot season fasting.Drink 6 to 8 glass of water from iftari to sehri so you dont get dehydrated all day.

2. Diabetic pt need to be careful in hot season fasting and consult your doctor.

3. Dont over eat in iftari.

4. Do regular exercise or brisk walk for atleast 20 minutes.
