آج مورخہ 2021،03جولائی، عمر تبریز صاحب نے ایک میٹنگ کی صدارت کی۔ میٹنگ میں فیصل آباد کی مختلف فارمیسیز کے پروپرائیٹر وا نمائندگان نے شرکت کی۔
ایکو فارمیسی کے پروپرایٹر جناب فرحان غفار نے بھی میٹنگ میں شرکت کی۔
میٹنگ کے دوران لاگو ہونے والے سیلز ٹیکس اور ان کی پیشگی ادائیگی کے معاملات زیر بحث آئے۔
اس کے علاوہ، حکومت پاکستان کی طرف سے ٹیکس قوانین میں ترمیم کے نتیجے میں ادویات کی قیمتوں اور ڈسکاؤنٹ کی صورتحال کے حوالے بیش بینی کی گئی۔

تمام ممبران نے فیصلہ اور نتیجہ نکالا کہ:

ریٹیل فارمیسی کی طرف سے بیچی جانے والی ادویات پر لاگو ہونے والے ٹیکس اور پیشگی ادائیگی کے نتیجے میں فیصل آباد کی تمام ریٹیل فارمیسیز ادویات و دیگر صحت کی چیزوں پر ڈسکاؤنٹ دینے سے قاصر ہونگی۔

Today, on 3rd July, 2021, a meeting was chaired by Umar Tabreez. Proprietors and representatives of different pharmacies attended the meeting.
Proprietor of ECO Pharmacy, Mr. Farhan Ghaffar, also attended the meeting.
During meeting, the imposition of sales tax and collection of sales tax in advance during the purchase of medicine was discussed. Further the pricing and discount related matters were also forecasted keeping in view of the new amendments made in tax rules by Government of Pakistan.

The members decided and concluded that:
Consequent upon the imposition of taxes on medicines sold by retail pharmacies and subsequent advance collection, all retail pharmacies in Faisalabad shall be unable to offer discount on medicines and health items.
