ہائے!

بدقسمتی سے ، پوری دنیا کورونا وائرس کی وجہ سے تباہ کن حالت میں ہے۔ اٹلی ، اسپین ، ایران اور چین جیسی عظیم طاقتیں اس مہلک بیماری کا شکار ہوچکی ہیں۔ جب تک کہ کوئی ویکسین دستیاب نہ ہو ، اسکا جو واحد علاج ہے وہ احتیاط ہے۔

پاکستان بھی اس مہلک بیماری میں مبتلا ہے اور پاکستان میں اس کے پھیلنے کی سب سے بڑی وجہ شعور کی کمی ہے۔

ہمارا مقصد لوگوں میں شعور بیدار کرنا ہے اور آپ اور اپنے اہل خانہ کی حفاظت کرکے اس قوم کی حفاظت کرنا ہے۔ آئیے مل کر اس پیغام کو پھیلائیں اور اپنی قوم کی حفاظت کے لئے اپنا حصہ بنائیں۔

Unfortunately, the whole world is in a devastated state due to the corona virus. Greater powers such as Italy, Spain, Iran and China have fallen prey to this deadly disease. Unless a vaccine is available, it is the only cure and it is a precaution.

Pakistan too suffers from this deadly disease and the biggest cause of its outbreak in Pakistan is lack of awareness.

How to boost up your immune:

As my uptrenndian fellows have already shared about coronavirus and their symptoms. And also share preventive measures like wear masks, wash hands frequently use alcohol-based hand sanitizers, cover your mouth with a handkerchief or with a tissue while coughing and sneezing. As we all know there is no vaccine or medicine to treat corona viral disease.

Here I want to share a few health tips I hope they will be beneficial for all of us

As we know whenever we suffering from any disease our immune system tries to fight with it. So along with adopting those preventive measures, we have to boost up our immune system.

Health tips to boost up immunity:

1. Reduce stress

Try to stay calm because hypertension affects your immunity. It has been seen when people take stress their digestive system will be disturbed, their immune system also suffered at that time. So please relax your mind.

2. Sleep well

We observe this in our daily routine when we don’t sleep well our mood, our energy level will be low. As we know when we sleep the regeneration process of our body cells is going so. Ultimately these things affect your immunity.

3. Exercise

Do exercise, it will improve your blood circulation but don’t try hard exercise. Don’t put stress on your immune system.

4. Exposure to sun

Try to expose your body and your clothes to the sun at least for 2 hours.

5. Eating behavior

• Reduce inflammatory products

Try to reduce the use of alcohol, added sugar, processed meat, these all products are inflammatory causing. As we know coronavirus causing inflammation in our respiratory tract, so kindly avoid these products

• Citrus foods

Citrus foods are rich in Vitamin C no doubt it strong immunity but in case of coronavirus try to avoid citrus food because it can cause cough and can disturb your throat.

• Immunity boost food

 Red bell pepper is the rich source of Vitamin C so in place of citrus food we can use it.

 Broccoli is a rich source of Vitamin C, E, and A. Vitamin A is very important for immunity. Vitamin E has an antioxidant property that protects the cell from damaging and from oxidation.

 Garlic containing compound “Allicin” which is important for immunity.

 Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties and can cure throat disorder.

 Spinach has Vitamin C and Beta carotene which is very important for the immune system.

 Vitamin E rich sources like Almond and different fishes because vitamin c protects the cell from damage.

 Warm milk warm things like warm milk also a very good option in the case of the flue.

 Warm water use warm water doctors recommend drinking warm water not hot water. Avoid ice creams and other cold products.

*Please if you are on dieting in these days avoid it and try to boost up your immune system and feed your body with healthy foods*

SUBJECT: PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES FOR COVID - 19 OUTBREAKS

Dear governmental and regulatory authorities,

The Coronavirus has caused devastating conditions worldwide. So far, more than 200,000 cases have been confirmed. The virus that came to Pakistan on February 26 is still a joke to the people of Pakistan, while it has swallowed two lives. And it has affected more than 2 hundred people. There are many factors behind this behavior. But I appreciate the Punjab and Pakistan government's strategy. We are living in a participatory-democracy, so I think it is my right to discuss my opinion to control this epidemic. The literacy rate in Pakistan is much lower than in Europe and China. It is a custom not to be disciplined here. So we need to adopt some other strategies to enhance risk communication. As a Health student, I have been working on this project. But this is a worrying situation and we don't have much time. Therefore, I request that PEMRA and the Government of Pakistan target the psychology of the people. The purpose is to make people follow precautionary measures.

1. Wearing Masks and gloves should be mandatory for all Anchor Persons, Hosts, special guests, Political leaders, Religious leaders, administrative and management teams in all types of media castings, press conferences and talk shows. This exercise will increase the seriousness of the problem in people. And it will also protect yourself from SARS-CoV-2.

2. I request the Pakistan Animation Industry to make cartoons based on the precautionary measures of the COVID - 2019. It will encourage children to follow the instructions mentally. And they will consider it a new trend. And the "Coronavirus" is one of the most searched keywords in the world today that is also beneficial for you.

3. All broadcasts and speeches that are contrary to the precautions of the COVID - 2019 should be forbidden.

This amount of grapes will contain about 90 cal, 23 g of total carbohydrates, 1 g of dietary fiber, 20 g of sugar, and significant amounts of various vitamins and secondary metabolites, including various phenolic compounds. The main constituents of grapes consist of water 82 %, sugar 12–18 %, and acids 0.2–0.8 %. Vitamins and phenolic compounds account for less than 0.05 % of the overall composition of grapes. Nonetheless, they account for most of the biological activity of grapes.

The God has blessed only a woman to get through the feelings of being a mother. A woman when get married, she starts wondering about that moment when she would get pregnant and could feel her baby. These feelings of getting pregnant or to be a mother are so warm that hug a woman like a blanket and carry away all her pains and throw them to a side. A woman is so conscious about her baby’s health and thinks that her baby is only the most precious thing for her in this world. So, she takes the utmost care of her baby.
