A 14-year-old female patient presented at Bashir Dental Clinic with traumatic fractures of the two central incisors ( #11, 21) with pulp exposure. The patient experienced pain on percussion. Intraoral periapical radiographs (IOPA) revealed radiolucency under tooth 21. Working length was established with an apex locator and confirmed with a parallel angle radiograph. A BMP was made, and a non-setting calcium hydroxide dressing was applied. After medication, the patient was recalled after 10 days, showing nice healing. Crown preparation was done for a zirconia crown. On the next visit, the tooth was found to be painless and dry. A single point obturation was done with F3 0.06 taper gutta-percha, and accessory gutta-percha points ( #30) were used conventionally. The zirconia crown was fabricated and fixed with GC Gold Label luting agent. The patient's smile was restored. Bashir Dental Clinic is located on Highway Road, Faqirwali.
