جنوبی ایشیائی مرد جلد مر رہے ہیں۔ مائکرو پلاسٹک سے نہیں۔ نان اسٹک پین سے نہیں۔ ان کے اپنے جسم ان کے خلاف ہو رہے ہیں۔

35 سال کی عمر میں ٹائپ 2 ذیابیطس کا ہونا۔ آپ کے بچوں کے اسکول ختم ہونے سے پہلے دل کا دورہ۔ ایک فالج جو آپ کی بیوی کو ہر فیصلہ تنہا کرنے پر چھوڑ دیتا ہے۔

ہمارے پاس پہلے سے ہی وہ جینیات ہیں جو ہمیں کسی دوسرے گروپ کے مقابلے کم جسمانی وزن پر عصبی چربی، انسولین مزاحمت، اور قلبی امراض کا زیادہ خطرہ بناتے ہیں۔

اور بدترین حصہ؟ زیادہ تر جنوبی ایشیائی مرد جن سے میں بولتا ہوں کہ کچھ غلط ہے۔ توانائی ختم ہو گئی ہے۔ پیٹ بڑھتا رہتا ہے چاہے وہ جتنی بھی کوشش کریں۔ خراٹے بدتر ہو رہے ہیں۔ بڑھتا ہوا بلڈ پریشر جاری رہتا ہے۔
لیکن وہ انتظار کرتے رہتے ہیں۔ صحیح وقت کے لیے۔ ظاہر کرنے کی ترغیب کے لیے۔ تاکہ یہ کسی طرح خود ہی بہتر ہو جائے۔

ایسا نہیں ہوگا۔

آج ہی اپنی کوششیں کریں اور اپنی صحت بحال کریں۔ کیونکہ دنیا ہے جب زندگی ہے.

Pir Abdul Qadir Shah Jeelani Institute of Medical Sciences (PAQSJIMS) organized a laptop distribution ceremony under the Prime Minister’s Youth Laptop Scheme (Phase IV–2025), where selected students received laptops.

The role of the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan was appreciated for promoting digital inclusion. The ceremony concluded with a commitment to academic excellence and technological advancement.
