Cicatricial ectropion results from extensive tissue damage during Road Traffic accidents or injuries related to eyelids or periocular area. Scarring leads to traction on eyelids, and pull them away from globe. Now the only solution is releasing the scar and covering the defect with graft.

Conjuntival growths are very common specially in patients working in fields and have more sun-exposure. They can be as benign as simple pterygium, and as dangerous as Ocular Surface Squamous Neoplasia. Initial diagnosis and management is very important to save the eye.

Probing & Syringing of Lacrimal syatem is the operation that usually takes 5 to 10 minutes. It involves introducing blunt probes into the tear ducts, which are in the corner of the upper and lower eyelids, to clear the blockage. Saline is then syringed through the ducts to see if they are flowing freely following the probing. But False passage formation is very common specially with inadverent force applied to probe during the procedure resuling in these kinds of swellings & worsening the condition.
