❤️Happy world physiotherapy Day ❤️On 8th September 2023(World physiotherapy Day), Spine Care Physiotherapy And Rehabilitation Center Gujrat arranged a Certificates distribution ceremony where all the interns were given certificates for the completion of their internship and were encouraged to do better in the near future in their respective field. The certificates were handed over by Dr. Saqib Shaban (PT) and Dr. Shanza Saqib (PT) to the students of UOL - UMT- USKT.

*لقوہ* ایک ایسا مرض ہے جس میں چہرے کے ایک جانب کے عضلات مفلوج ہو جاتے ہیں مگر شازونادرہی دونوں طرف کے عضلات مفلوج ہوتے ہیں۔ ایک جانب کا چہرا اور منہ نیچے کی طرف لٹک جاتے ہیں۔

لقوہ کی وجہ سے انسان اپنے چہرے کو حرکت دینے سے قاصر ہو جاتا ہے۔ اس وجہ سے مسکرانے اور چہرے کی دیگر حرکات متاثر ہوتی ہیں۔

🎋تین عادات اپنے بچوں میں بچپن سے ہی ڈالیں۔🎋

کیوں کہ جیسے ہی وہ بڑے ہوں گے وہ ان باتوں میں آپ کو بہت تنگ کریں گے اور آپ کی بالکل نہیں سنیں گے۔

✅ ۔ دن میں دو دفعہ برش کرنا:
صبح اٹھتے ہی اور رات کو سونے سے پہلے دانت صاف کرنا۔ شروع میں تھوڑی مشکل ضرور ہو گی۔ مگر آہستہ آہستہ وہ اس کے عادی ہو جائیں گے۔ اور پھر اس قدر عادی ہو جائیں گے کہ اس کے بغیر ان کی زندگی بسر ہی نہیں ہو گی۔

✅ ۔ مناسب مقدار میں پانی پینا:
بچوں کو دن میں مختلف اوقات میں تھوڑا تھوڑا کر کے پانی پلائیں۔ جب وہ باہر جائیں ان کو پانی کی بوتل ساتھ دیں۔ تاکہ انھیں پتہ ہو کہ پانی ان کی زندگی کا لازمی جز ہے۔ اس طرح وہ بڑے ہونے تک اس روٹین کے عادی ہو جائیں گے۔

✅ : جلدی سونا اور جلدی جاگنا۔
بچوں کی نیند کا ایک وقت مقرر کریں اور کوشش کریں کہ ان کی نو سے دس گھنٹے کی نیند مکمل کروائیں۔ وہ اپنی نیند کے پورا ہونے کے بعد ذہنی و جسمانی طور پر بہترین کارکردگی کا مظاہرہ کریں گے۔

ان تینوں عادات میں بظاہر سب لاپرواہی کا مظاہرہ کرتے ہیں مگر یہ اچھی عادات بچوں کی صحت کے لیے اشد ضروری ہیں۔
والدین بروقت توجہ دے کر اپنے بچوں کو ایک صحت مند زندگی فراہم کرنے میں اہم کردار ادا کر سکتے ہیں۔
