It's a group of movement disorders that appear in early childhood.

🔷Sign and Symptoms :
Vary among people and over time but include:
▪️poor coordination
▪️Stiff muscles
▪️ weak muscles
▪️Tremors

🔹Onset:
Prenatal to early childhood

🔹 Complications:
▪️ Epilepsy
▪️ Intellectual disability
▪️ learning disability

🔹 Risk factors:
▪️Brain damage during infancy
▪️ preterm birth
▪️certain infections pregnancy
▪️ Difficult birth

🔹 Treatment:
▪️ Medication
▪️ physical therapy
▪️ Occupational therapy
▪️Speech therapy.

Hazrat Muhammad صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم left Madinah on 25th of ziaqaad, 10.H in the company of a hundred and forty thousand of his followers.They reached Makkah on the 4th of the following month and perform pilgrimage . It was is the plain of Arafat , near the jabel-e-Rehmat, The Hazrat Ali صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم delivered the last sermon, He said :
"I people listen to my words: for I don't know I shall be in your midst after this year. Remember that you shall have to appear before your Lord who will demand from you an account of your actions.""O, people you have right over your wives and your wives have right over you. Treat your wives with kindness . Verily you have taken them on the security of Allah and made them lawfull upto you by words of Allah"
"And feed your slaves as you feed yourselves and clothe your slaves as you clothe yourselves. If they commit any mistake which are unwilling to forgive, then sell them for they are the servants of Allah , and not to be harshly treated"
"O ' people listen to my words and remember that all Muslims are brothers unto one another.As you are in one brother hood you will not take your brother's belongings, which he will not give you our of good will.
Guard yourself from committing injustice."
"And behold worship your Lord,offer prayer five times a day, observe fast in the month of Ramadan , pay Zakat on your property, and perform pilgrimage to the house of Allah"

🛑 Guillain -Barre syndrome 🛑
(GB syndrome)

◼️It is rare but serious autoimmune disorder in which the immune system attacks healthy nerve cells in your peripheral nervous system.

▪️This leads to weakness , numbness and tingling eventually cause paralysis.
▪️It is also known as post infective demyelinating polyneuropathy.
▪️It develops 1-3 weeks after respiratory infection or diarrhea.
▪️In some patients it occurs after surgery or immunization.

🟢 Clinical Features 🟢

▪️ progressive muscle weakness ascending from lower to upper limb.
▪️ Ascending paralysis
▪️More marked proximally
▪️ Respiratory muscle paralysis
▪️ Absent reflexes
▪️ Sensory loss at the periphery in ascending pattern

🟠 Investigations🟠

▪️Nerve conduction velocity
(It shows slowing of nerve conduction)
▪️CSF
• Raised protein
•No rise in cell number

🔴 Management 🔴

▪️ Nursing care
▪️ Nutrition
▪️Ventilatory support
▪️ plasmapheresis
▪️I/V immunoglobulin
