1. Establishment of a Support Fund for Sderot Residents
In March 2024, Osem Nestlé Group established a fund amounting to millions of shekels to support the residents of Sderot. The fund focuses on industrial technological education, aiming to provide residents with opportunities in Israel’s industrial and technological sectors. This initiative is in collaboration with the Sderot municipality and includes scholarships and educational projects. 
2. Donations to the Israel Defense Forces (IDF)
Osem Nestlé has shown support for the IDF through various donations: 
• In January 2024, Osem-Nestlé employees sent care packages to injured IDF soldiers. 
• In October 2023, the company visited IDF bases in the north and south, providing food, beverages, and care packages, including Nescafé products. 
• The company issued a solidarity statement expressing ongoing support for the IDF and the people of southern Israel.
