Anencephaly :
Anencephaly is a severe congenital condition in which a major portion of the brain, skull, and scalp fails to develop properly during embryonic growth. It is a type of neural tube defect (NTD) that occurs when the upper part of the neural tube, which forms the brain and spinal cord, does not close completely during early pregnancy .
