میمن چیریٹیبل ہسپتال کے صدر، پروفیسر ڈاکٹر عامر اقبال میمن نے حیسکو کے چیف فیض اللہ ڈاہری سے ایک اہم ملاقات کی، جس میں ہسپتال کو درپیش بجلی کے مسائل پر تفصیلی گفتگو کی گئی۔

ملاقات کے دوران پروفیسر ڈاکٹر عامر اقبال میمن نے ہسپتال میں جاری لوڈ شیڈنگ کے باعث مریضوں کو پیش آنے والی مشکلات پر روشنی ڈالی اور مطالبہ کیا کہ میمن چیریٹیبل ہسپتال کو لوڈ شیڈنگ سے مستثنیٰ قرار دیا جائے تاکہ مریضوں کو بلا تعطل طبی سہولیات فراہم کی جا سکیں۔

اس موقع پر حیسکو چیف فیض اللہ ڈاہری نے مسائل کا سنجیدگی سے نوٹس لیتے ہوئے یقین دہانی کروائی کہ اپریل کے مہینے میں میمن چیریٹیبل ہسپتال کو لوڈ شیڈنگ فری کرنے کے اقدامات مکمل کر لیے جائیں گے۔

Subject: Formal Condemnation and Legal Notice regarding False Reporting against Memon Charitable Hospital

To whom it may concern,

We strongly condemn the shameful and irresponsible act by Hyderabad News for broadcasting/publishing false information regarding an incident that occurred at another facility and intentionally misattributing it to Memon Charitable Hospital, Hyderabad.

Your organization has used our name without any prior verification or factual basis. This act of reckless journalism has caused immense damage to the reputation of our institution and has created unnecessary distress among the public and our patients.

Our Demands are as follows:

Public Apology: We highly demand an unconditional public apology from Hyderabad News, to be aired/posted on all your platforms with the same prominence as the fake news.

Immediate Retraction: Remove all misleading content, videos, and posts from your social media and broadcast archives immediately.

Clarification: Issue a clear statement stating that the incident in question did NOT take place at Memon Charitable Hospital.

Take notice that if a formal apology is not issued and the fake content is not removed within 24 hours, we will be compelled to initiate strict legal proceedings against your channel under the Defamation Act and Cybercrime Laws (FIA/NR3C).

Consider this a final warning.
