Baby was born extremely premature at 25 weeks of gestation with a birth weight of just 700gms with weak reflexes, was given surfactant therapy for RDS in 1 hour of birth, and managed on CPAP , switched to Hiflow therapy, currently *ready to be discharged on room air,* with weight 2kgs & on mother feed & multivitamin.

This is another mile stone achieved by Department of peads.
