Today, the WHO advisor on blood safety, Prof. Dr. Hassan Abbas Zaheer, from Islamabad, visited the Fatimid Foundation Hyderabad Centre. He expressed great admiration for the manner in which we deliver high-quality, free blood and blood product transfusion services in a welcoming environment. He toured all the departments and commended the efforts of the Fatimid Foundation.

Awareness sessions were held by the Fatimid Foundation Hyderabad Centre at Government College University Hyderabad, during which several departments were addressed regarding blood donation for Thalassemia patients and the advantages of blood donation. These sessions took place the day prior to our scheduled blood donation drive at the same university,

I am grateful to announce that the Fatimid Foundation Hyderabad Centre has initiated physiotherapy services specifically for our patients suffering from Hemophilia and Thalassemia. These physiotherapy services will be offered at no cost exclusively to our registered Hemophilia and Thalassemia patients. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to our financial supporters, as their contributions have made this initiative possible.

Today Fatimid Foundation Hyderabad Centre organized a blood donation drive at Government College University Hyderabad, supported by the Vice Chancellor of GCU and the Director of Student Affairs at GCU.

The management of GCU participated in the blood donation camp and made contributions by donating blood. The Vice Chancellor of GCU praised the initiatives of the Fatimid Foundation Hyderabad Centre. Prior to the blood donation drive, awareness sessions were held in various departments of GCUH along with Dr. Muhammad Umar Regional BTO Sindh Blood Transfusion Authority. I express my gratitude to the GCUH management for their support of this noble cause.
