Describe him as a great humanitarian, through out his life whether with individual or entire communities Fakir gave and gave without expecting The Jijal Maau Hospital Trust under the supervision of Fakeer Muhammad Jadam Mangrio, A great Humanitarian and Philanthropist Chairman of the Trust who realized the need of the peoples specially back ward area of the Sindh Province in the filed of the Health Care. The people of this area specially Desert (Thar) and mountain (Kohistan) region are very poor, hospitals are for away and people die before they reach the hospital. Fakeer Muhammad Jadam MAngrio want to give them all the modern amenities and facilities, to implement this dream the land was purchased in Hyderabad City (Pakistan) which is central place of all districtis i.e District Dadu, District Tharparkar, District Sanghar, District Nawabshah, District Tando Allahayar, District Umer Kot, District Jamshoro and District Sukkur. Thar and Kohistan area has many small village where Facilities of heath, education and water are not available it is also poorest region in term of medical resources with high infant mortality rate and shorten life span, it also has the largest number of people living in poverty, The Jijal Maau Hospital Trust will create to help these serious needs. حیدرآباد میں واقع قاسم آباد کے جیجل ماں ہسپتال میں میسکیولوسکیٹل(Musculoskeletal) الٹراساؤنڈ لیزر تھراپی فار پین منجمنٹ کا افتتاح گزشتہ روز ہسپتال کے چیئرمین خضر حیات منگریو نے کیا ، اس موقع پر سینئر ڈاکٹر ڈاکٹر آصف نو ر پاٹولی، ایڈمن ارباب جنج و دیگر بھی موجود تھے۔ ہسپتال کے چیئرمین خضرت حیات منگریو نے کہا ہے کہ یہ مشین جوکہ مسکیولر پین کیلئے بہت کارآمد مشین ہے اور یہ صرف امریکہ اور برطانیہ میں اس کے ذریعے علاج کیا جاتا تھا لیکن ہماری ٹیم نے انتھک کوشش کرکے یہ مشین منگواکر اپنے ہسپتال میں رکھی ہے تاکہ یہاں کے لوگوں کو مسکیولر پین کیلئے کم خرچ پر فوری آرام مہیا کیا جاسکے۔ ان کا کہنا تھاکہ ہماری کوشش ہے کہ عوام کو سستا اور معیاری علاج فراہم کرنا ہے جس کیلئے ہماری ٹیم دن رات کوشاں رہتی ہے۔ڈاکٹر آصف نور پاٹولی نے کہاکہ اس مشین کے استعمال سے ہم نے دو روز میں تقریباً 30 مریضوں کا اس کے ذریعے علاج کیا ہے جس سے مریضوں کو بہت آرام آیا ہے اور ہماری کوشش ہے کہ اسی طرح کی مزید جدید مشینیں جوکہ باہر ممالک میں استعمال ہوتی ہے اور مریض اس کا علاج کرانے کا سکت نہیں رکھتا اس کو ہم کم خرچ پر یہاں یہ علاج مہیا کریں گے۔ انہوں نے کہاکہ مہنگائی کے اس دور میں پہلے ہی غریب مریض پریشان ہے اور وہ اتنا مہنگا علاج کرانے سے قاصر ہیں تو ان کو ہم حیدرآباد میں ہی اپنے ہسپتال میں علاج کریں گے ، انہوں نے کہاکہ جوں جوں لوگوں کو اس مشین کے باہر میں آگاہی مل رہی ہے لوگ ہمارے پاس علاج کیلئے آرہے ہیں اور روزانہ کی بنیاد پر مریضوں کی تعداد میں اضافہ ہورہا ہے۔
