The people of this area specially Desert (Thar) and mountain (Kohistan) region are very poor, hospitals are for away and people die before they reach the hospital. Fakeer Muhammad Jadam MAngrio want to give them all the modern amenities and facilities, to implement this dream the land was purchased in Hyderabad City (Pakistan) which is central place of all districtis i.e District Dadu, District Tharparkar, District Sanghar, District Nawabshah, District Tando Allahayar, District Umer Kot, District Jamshoro and District Sukkur. Thar and Kohistan area has many small village where Facilities of heath, education and water are not available it is also poorest region in term of medical resources with high infant mortality rate and shorten life span, it also has the largest number of people living in poverty, The Jijal Maau Hospital Trust will create to help these serious needs.
