Hayat-e-Nau Rehabilitation Centre provides basic education, comprehensive health care, rehabilitation services, and assistive devices to facilitate mobility for children with disabilities. Hayat-e-Nau started its operation in February 1997 with a Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR) project for disabled children and got registered at Joint Stock Companies, Hyderabad Region under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 in February 2004 and its registration is renewed in March 2020. Rehabilitation, special education, outreach Health care, food, shelter, livelihood to the disabled children/adults with a purpose to maximize their abilities/potential to live their life to be an active citizen of the country. Hayat-e-Nau works for integral and sustainable Human development and seeks to be in solidarity with/for the low-income poor, disadvantaged and oppressed population including people with disabilities (PWDs) in their efforts for empowerment, development, and promotion of their dignity and
rights. Strives to empower them socially and economically who have been disregard and neglected by society to achieve self-sufficiency with Inclusion and Integration into all aspects of the Society. Hayat-e-Nau contributes to improving Livelihood, economic status, and health of the disadvantaged communities generally along with focuses on people with disability. We contribute SDG 3 – Good Health and promote well-being for all of all ages; SDG 4 – Quality Education and SDG 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth and our interventions also complement the UN Convention of Rights of People with Disabilities (UNCRPD) and the Inclusion of PWDs in mainstream. It has been also the focus of Hayat-e-Nau that has tried up to some extent to bring meaning and light in the life of the degraded and ground section of the community, who are always looking toward support just to pass their survival, with this reference it is the untiring struggle and effort of Hayat-e-Nau which has provided a good platform for the low-income poor and disabled children/adults to access an integrated and dignified life. Hayat-e-Nau believes that God’s love extends to all Humankind.
