حکومت پاکستان نے حاملہ اور دودھ پلانے والی خواتین میں غذا اور صحت کی کمی اور 2 سال سے کم عمر بچوں میں دائمی غذائی کی کمی سے بچاؤ کے حوالے سے ایک ملک گیر پروگرام کا آغاز کیا ہے جسکا نام بینظیر نشونما پروگرام ہے۔
یہ پروگرام بینظیر کفالت پروگرام سے مستفید ہونے والی حاملہ اور دودھ پلانے والی خواتین اور 2 سال سے کم عمر بچوں کے لیے ترتیب دیا گیا ہے۔

اس پروگرام کے لیے **ڈسٹرکٹ ہیڈ کوارٹر شاہ بھٹائی اسپتال لطیف آباد اور سندھ گورنمنٹ تعلقہ اسپتال قاسم آ باد * میں نشونما مراکز قائم کیے گئے ہیں* ۔

پروگرام میں شامل ہونے کے لیے خواتین اپنے
●شناختی کارڈ،
● بچوں کے حفاظتی ٹیکوں کے کارڈ اور
● بے فارم کے ساتھ نشونما مراکز تشریف لائیں

جہاں انہیں بہترین صحت کے لیے *اضافی خوراک اور مالی معاوضہ* مہیا کیا جائے گا۔
پروگرام میں شمولیت کے بعد حاملہ خواتین کو دورانِ حمل ہرسہ ماہی 3500 روپے کی رقم جبکہ بچے کی پیدائش پر ہرسہ ماہی 3500 روپے کی رقم اور بچی کی پیدائش پر 4000 روپے کی رقم دی جائے گی جب تک بچہ 23 ماہ تک کا نہ ہو جائے۔

Session with Pediatricians of District Hyderabad

We held a productive session with Pediatricians from Taluka Hospitals and RHC Tando Jam at the DHO Office Conference Room, chaired by DHO Hyderabad, Dr. Lala Jaffar Pathan.

DHO Hyderabad addressed the current polio situation, issues with sick refusals, and data on missed children. Dr. Muzammil DFP and Imam Bux CCO Hyderabad presented data on PMC and refusal clusters, including UC and area-wise statistics. The session concluded with a Q&A segment, discussing concerns and solutions.

DHO Hyderabad emphasized the importance of vaccinating sick refusals from the first day of the campaign and directed regular visits to OTP Sites to ensure IPV booster doses for all children diagnosed with SAM.

Polio Inauguration for OBR July 2024 was conducted by Deputy Commissioner Hyderabad Zain ul Abedeen Memon along with DHO Hyderabad Dr. Lala Jaffar DHO Hyderabad and MS SGH Qasimabad, at SGH Qasimabad Hyderabad. During the event, polio drops were administered to children and their fingers were marked.
Inauguration Ceremony participated by DM PPHI, ADHOs, DEOC Team, Town Supervisor, UCMO, UC level partner staff, Area In-charges, and all stakeholders.

CCO Hyderabad attended UPEC meeting at MCHC FatimaTul Zuhara unit # 10, Hyderabad. The meeting focused on the UC-135 and 136 in TMC Hussainabad and UC 119 and 120 in TMC Shah Latifabad, Hyderabad.

The participants included the UC Chairman, Religious Leader, UCMOs, Influencers, CBO, UCSP, C.M, Vaccinator, and AICs. Where discussed current issues and gaps and developed a strategic way forward.

We are committed to addressing these challenges and improving our community's health and well-being. Thank you to all participants for their valuable input and dedication!
