H3N2 ایک موسمی انفلوئنزا A وائرس ہے جو شدید فلو کا سبب بن سکتا ہے، خاص طور پر بچوں، بزرگوں، حاملہ خواتین اور شوگر، دل، پھیپھڑوں یا گردوں کے مریضوں میں۔

عام علامات • اچانک تیز بخار
• جسم میں شدید درد
• سر درد
• گلے میں خراش
• خشک کھانسی
• شدید کمزوری
• ناک کا بہنا یا بند ہونا

⚠️ H3N2 کیوں خطرناک ہے؟ • تیزی سے پھیلتا ہے
• نمونیا اور اسپتال میں داخلے کا خطرہ
• عام نزلہ زکام سے زیادہ شدید علامات

پھیلنے کا طریقہ • کھانسی اور چھینک کے ذریعے
• قریبی رابطے سے
• آلودہ سطحوں کو چھونے سے

بچاؤ کے طریقے ✅ سالانہ فلو ویکسین لگوائیں
✅ بار بار ہاتھ دھوئیں
✅ ہجوم میں ماسک استعمال کریں
✅ کھانسی یا چھینک کے وقت منہ ڈھانپیں
✅ بیمار افراد سے فاصلہ رکھیں

ڈاکٹر سے فوراً رجوع کریں اگر 🚨 بخار 3 دن سے زیادہ رہے
🚨 سانس میں دقت ہو
🚨 سینے میں درد ہو
🚨 شدید کمزوری یا بے ہوشی محسوس ہو

💙 احتیاط کریں، خود بھی محفوظ رہیں اور دوسروں کو بھی بچائیں
