𝟭. 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵: Regular assessment of a child's growth provides crucial information about their overall health and . It allows healthcare providers to identify any potential issues or deviations from the expected growth patterns, which can be early indicators of underlying conditions.

𝟮. 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀: Growth disorders, such as short stature or excessive growth, can have significant impacts on a child's physical and emotional well-being. 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘀 (گردن توڑ بخار) is a serious bacterial infection that can cause inflammation of the protective membranes covering the brain and spinal cord. There are different types of , including meningococcal meningitis, which is caused by the 𝗡𝗲𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗱𝗶𝘀 bacteria.

Fortunately, there are available to protect against meningitis. The meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MCV4) is available and recommended for protection against meningitis for kids and individuals living in Pakistan.

𝗠𝗖𝗩𝟰 is recommended for all children at age 9-12 months, with a booster dose at age of 16 months. It is also recommended for people at increased risk of meningococcal disease, including college students living in dormitories, military recruits, and people with certain medical conditions.
