Here I've mentioned foods, that are high in creatine level, why creatine level raises? And who should avoid high creatine foods?
♣Figs or Anjeer is a seasonal fruit hailing from the mulberry family

Do every pose for atleast 3 minutes and start inhale from nose & exhale from mouth during every pose..
