So,
Here in this post I've mentioned some healthier yoga poses..

You can do these poses, early in the morning, or before sleep, even on your bed..
Do every pose for atleast 3 minutes and start inhale from nose & exhale from mouth during every pose..
I use to tell my every client, that always show consistency in everything..
