"Tellurium has painful sensitiveness of the spine from last cervical to the fifth dorsal vertebra, sensitive to pressure and touch, similar to Nux vomica and Ruta.

A very important symptom is “pain in the sacrum passing into the right thigh down the sciatic nerve; worse when pressing at stool, coughing, laughing, also when lying on the affected side.” Here we have a true picture of a form of sciatica. Lachesis is also frequently indicated in sciatica, but the Lachesis pains in the sciatic nerve are relieved and are very slight when lying quiet in bed. Sitting up—rising to one’s feet—causes a great aggravation. The pain, if aggravated, is a sensation of intense heat, as from a hot iron, and is often aggravated by sleep. Rhus tox. will be also a remedy in this painful disease if the pain is worse at night, when rising from bed or from a seat, and relieved by continued motion and walking. Arsenicum album will be the remedy if the person can find no rest in any position, but feels himself compelled to walk about, changing the position, which is painful and gives no relief. Lycopodium has cured sciatica, returning every four days periodically. Kali bichromicum has also pain in the sciatic nerve as far as the knee."

Spinal Cord is mainly consist of vertebrae.
The vertebrae are bones stacked one above the other in the back. The vertebrae (top-down) include 7 cervical vertebrae, 12 thoracic vertebrae, 5 lumbar vertebrae, 5 sacral vertebrae, and 4 coccygeal vertebrae. Spinal discs are the intervertebral discs present in between the vertebrae that act as shock absorbing cushions bearing all kind of stress felt over the spine.

Vertebrae are the 33 bones stacked one above the other from the neck downwards. Between every two vertebrae, lies an intervertebral disc. The intervertebral discs are fibro cartilaginous cushions that act as shock absorbers whenever stress is felt in the spine. The spine is divided into cervical, dorsal, lumbar, sacral and coccygeal regions starting from the top.

A 58 years old male having Horse Shoe Kidney, both at left side. He was feeling as if walking on sponge, as if his sensation is lost. He is second among 4 siblings. His swelling affected foot while standing, he has craving for sweets, Eructation after eating, more in evening.

The other complaints were breathing discomfort on walking. He likes eating rich food. He got vertigo on traveling in carriage, with sudden movement and likes to be in open air. He diagnosed as a diabetes case in 2008 and got amputated of one toe of his right leg. He has a history of accident from bike 5 years ago. His father was diabetic and had heart trouble. His mother died with gangrene of leg. He had financial problems because of not getting more works and was adjusting for every situation.

The first prescription was O***m 1m, 3 doses, 12 hourly with Syzigium and Uranium Nitrate in mother tincture . The second prescription was Hydrastis in 30 potency, twice a day for one week. Later on Phosphorus 200 single dose. Further follow up was Lactic Acid in 30 potency twice for a week. Yet further O***m in 1m again and 2 repeated doses after 15-15 days. Now, all his complaints were gone so feeling happy. See him in photos.
