Fitness Lounge gym will remain close on 13th august 2022 Saturday on the occasion of Amateur Olympia 2022 Pakistan ,bodybuilding competition.
Our two senior most coaches Raza and Ejaz are participating in the event . They are working hard from last three months for this day so wish them good luck and pray for their success.
For the first time ever Arif Mirza is proud to announce Amateur Olympia 2022 to be held in Pakistan in cooperation with BigMan Weekend. This is the 1st ever edition of the Amateur Olympia series to be held in Pakistan. It is an unprecedented event in the world of bodybuilding and fitness in the country.
It will held on 13th and 14th august at pak china center Islamabad.

*Gym Rules: *
- Bringing towel everyday is compulsary. Wipe down the equipment when done.
- Proper fitness attire is required. Workout in shalwar kameez, sandals, sippers and bare feet is not allowed.
- Wear clean clothes during workout. Use deodorant during summer season.
- Return weights to the rack after use. Dont drop the weights.
- Children under 15 must be accompanied by the adult.
- Keep distance from everyone and respect the privacy of others.
_Biometric entry of all those voilating the rules will be cancelled and they’ll not be allowed to do workout. _
