نارمل ڈلیوری کے امکانات کو بڑھانے کے لیے چند اہم نکات پر عمل کرنا مفید ہو سکتا ہے۔

سب سے پہلے، تناؤ کو کم کرنا بہت ضروری ہے، جس کے لیے یوگا یا میڈیٹیشن بہترین طریقے ہیں۔ اس کے ساتھ، متوازن غذا پر توجہ دینا بھی اہم ہے، جس میں پھل، سبزیاں، پروٹین، اور صحیح مقدار میں کاربوہائیڈریٹس شامل ہوں۔ روزانہ کی ورزش، جیسے چہل قدمی، جسمانی صحت کو بہتر بناتی ہے اور ڈلیوری کے عمل میں مددگار ثابت ہو سکتی ہے۔
