A 5-month-old infant diagnosed with anorectal malformation associated with Split-Hand/Split-Foot Malformation (ectrodactyly) underwent a perineal-sparing primary PSARP performed by our expert colorectal team — Dr. Ubaidullah, Prof. Dr. Nadeem Akhtar, Dr. Gauri Shankar Pandit, and Dr. Amroz Khadim.
