Can I eat roti in my weight loss program? Roti khane se mera weight phr se zada tu nahi ho jai ga ?

My clients very frequently ask this question & I think roti is now a big fear for fitness frenzy people. Whereas, it's a staple food.

My answer is: u can have 50 gm roti once a day made of chakki ata, jo ka ata, jawar or may b whole grain. This won't increase ur weight. Better to make meal with sabzi or daal instead of meat.

You can have it during weight loss program or after when ur on weight maintenance diet.
