🔍 Common Symptoms to Watch For:
A lump or thickening in the breast or underarm
Change in breast size or shape
Dimpling or puckering of the skin
Ni**le discharge or inversion
Redness, scaliness, or pain in the breast area

Look at your breasts in the mirror with arms at your sides, then raised.
Feel your breasts while lying down, using a circular motion.
Repeat while standing or in the shower.
