Ophthalmological Society of Pakistan, Federal Branch Ophthalmological Society of Pakistan was born on 19th December 1957, in Lahore.

It was a humble gathering of very few Ophthalmologists of the country who had the vision and were able to plant this sapling which has grown into a strong and shady tree.
